- Test Prep Meetings
HPES test prep specialists meet weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evenings.
Individual meetings are by far most popular. However some test prep specialists are qualified to meet with larger groups..
We meet in homes, coffee shops, libraries, schools, our Irvine location, and online.
We also offer scheduled group mock exams at our Irvine location.
- Our Test Prep Specialists
Our tutors also do test prep. This ensures our test prep specialists are experts in the subject material as well as test prep.
Our tutor hiring process begins with the same screening that is the industry standard. But where we differ from the rest is that this is only our starting point. We then carefully hand pick from those making it through this initial screening. These finalist then receive and have to pass our initial training to receive certification.

We set and meet goals for each meeting, and
we work towards achieving long-term goals as well.Long-term goals are set initially by parents and HPES, and then updated as needed.
Upon completion of each meeting, parents receive email update from the tutor regarding details of the meeting.

We have a proven history of helping learning disabled students become successful. In many cases, just as successful, or even more successful than non learning disabled peers.
Learning disabled students have access to the same great tutors used by all of our students.
But the key to success is identifying the learning disability early, providing steady support, and helping develop compensation techniques.
We regularly work with schools and outside professionals to integrate all components needed for success.
- Cost
The cost varies widely and is based upon skill and experience required from a tutor in order to get the desired results.
Only pay for the hours you use, and you pay as you go.
Price range is $60 to $150 per hour. We charge in fifteen minute increments and we accept most common forms of payment.
Charges for each meeting are paid immediately after each meeting by check or credit card.
